On March 8, I was honored to speak at the state-wide DCF Symposium on Human Trafficking and the Safe Harbor Bill. My presentation was on How to Create a Collaborative Task Force in a Region.

It’s been amazing to train up abolitionists from Seminole College and Emory University. The time we spend with these young people light fires within their lives to go forth and continue fighting modern-day slavery.
We’re happy to announce the launching of our Abolitionist Prayer Center, where groups from around the city meet regularly to come together and pray for the issues of human trafficking and God’s justice. Current prayer times are listed below, and the address is Westmonte Plaza, 195 S. Westmonte Dr., Suite 1132, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.

FA assisted a 14-year-old sex trafficking survivor this past month by facilitating agencies that provided items for the survivor’s recovery and restoration. We love these victories!
