Students Allegedly Tab Girls for “Fantasy Sex Draft”

In many ways, it appeared like any other fantasy sports league. But instead of drafting professional ball players on their fake teams, a few Landon School students allegedly chose teenage girls.

Points would be based on whether the male students got to first, second or third bases with each girl at a party planned for Labor Day last year, according to the Washington Post.

Landon School is a private, all-boys school in Bethesda, Md., where tuition reaches upward of $28,000 a year. It recently surfaced in headlines after alumnus George Huguely V was accused of killing former girlfriend and fellow UVA lacrosse player Yeardley Love.

The students participating or listed in the fantasy sex league were all rising ninth graders either at Landon or other private schools, according to the Post.

A mother of one of the “drafted” girls found rosters and explicit descriptions of them posted on the Internet before the party took place, the Post reported. It said one girl was willing to get “down and dirty” and even called her mother a “cougar.”

Three boys and nine girls were listed in the document. The mother who came across the draft online called Landon School, which in turn contacted parents. The Washington Post reported that Landon School suspended three students at the beginning of the school year.

The New York Times also pubished a column this week about the incident.
